Sainsbury’s School Games Gold Kitemark Award 2019
We are proud to announce that Edmondsley Primary and Nursery School has been awarded the Gold Award for our PE and Sports teaching and learning. This has been accredited by the School Sports Partnership in conjunction with the national Sainsbury’s School Games Scheme.
It has been awarded to recognise the hard work of all children to lead active and healthy lives as well as the dedication of all staff to promote this ethos. We have shown this by inter and intra school competitions which we regularly take part in, the leadership opportunities within sport which our children are given and the curricular and extra-curricular provision which we offer.
Well done Edmondsley Primary School for showing this healthy and active commitment.
