- learning walks;
- analysis of data for English, maths & reading;
- analysis of data for successful outcomes on support plans;
- pupil progress meetings;
- whole school audits of provision;
- staff meetings and briefings;
- discussions with parents and children;
- parent and pupil questionnaires;
- SENCO network and cluster meetings; and
- performance management; and liaison with local authority SEND team.
